What payment options are accepted?

Payment for purchases can be made using a debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Where does LunaZora currently ship?

We ship via UPS or USPS to US addresses only. 

LunaZora does not ship internationally at this time.

How can I track my order?

You should receive a shipment notification with a link to track your order.

In the event that you did not receive the shipping notification, you can find the tracking within your account.

  • Located the order and click to see order tracking information
  • You can also select "Track order" to sign up for shipping updates.

If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Service team and we can inform you of the progress of your order.

How do I get a receipt for my online purchase?

You should receive an order confirmation and receipt by email. 

Should you wish to obtain a duplicate receipt:

  • Please log into your customer account at https://account.lunazora.com
  • Located the order and click to see additional details including order tracking and order receipt information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not shipped, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

We are unable to cancel or modify any order once it has shipped.

Returns and Refund Policy

Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. We welcome you to initiate a return at Customer Accounts

  • Log into your account
  • Select the items you wish to return 
  • Complete the steps to return your selected items
  • Print the return label
  • Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition, and include your printed packing slip
  • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown

Once your package is ready to be shipped, refer to the shipping carrier on the label:

  • For UPS, drop it off at your nearest UPS location
  • For USPS (U.S. Postal Service), give it to your local carrier or drop off at the nearest USPS location

Once your package is received, a refund will be credited based on our return practice guidelines. If using our prepaid return label, $8.95 will be deducted from your return credit amount. You will receive an email once the return is completed.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order processing time

LunaZora offers same business day processing. Orders received by 12:00pm PST (Mon-Fri) will ship same day otherwise it will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

LunaZora offers free standard shipping on all orders regardless of order amount.

Expedited shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

LunaZora ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track the progress of your order by logging into your account at https://account.lunazora.com

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LunaZora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

LunaZora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at orders@lunazora.com  Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Unites States of America. Please send us an email at orders@lunazora.com if you would like a shipment sent outside the US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

LunaZora will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
